Medical Records Management:

Storage and Reports:
All records will be stored in standard medical chart format and computerized in COHS, Inc. Offices.

Nursing Stations:

A nursing station will be established on either a job site or company location to provide first aid for minor injuries, and tetanus injections when indicated. Follow up of emergency room visits and specialty care will be coordinated through the nurses. Each station will be supplied with first-aid emergency equipment. A Licensed Registered Nurse will be on staff during the hours of the contractual agreement.

For those employees who require referrals due to work related illness, COHS, Inc. is available to collect information from all specialty providers.

Individualized corporate substance abuse programs are written by COHS, Inc. Comprehensive program available. For cause program available, Pre-Employment only program available, Department of Transportation (DOT) and Not-DOT programs.

Health Services

Pulmonary Function Testing and Respirator Clearance Program:

Meets NIOSH Standards, On-site testing includes a health history, interpretation, review, record keeping and administration.

Eudiometry Programs:

Audiometric testing, on-site employee otoscopic examination, and interpretation of results by a licensed and certified audiologist, and a complete report of records and analysis.
